AMONG MY TRILOBITES THE SILURIAN
The Silurian period, named for the Silures mountains in Wales, lasted from 441 to 413 million years ago. Fish shared the trilobites’ world as did Eurypterids and extensive coral reefs formed. Plants began to invade the land.
